General instructions

• Parents should have a valid Google email account (email ID) to fill out the form.
• Please ensure that you have scanned copies of the following documents ready: Birth Certificate of Child; Aadhar Card of Father, Mother, and Child; a Photo of the Child; and the CWSN certificate (if applicable).
• Registration will commence on March 8, 2024, at 9:00 am.
• The deadline for registration is March 19, 2024, at 5:00 pm.
• After filling out the registration form, please print it and submit it to the school office along with a payment of Rs. 100.
• Failure to submit the printed application/registration form will result in your child's candidature not being considered for shortlisting or admission.
• Please note that submission of this form does not guarantee admission for your child.
